The client ran a high-volume content operation through Trello. Every piece needed a voice-over. The process was brutal — download doc, paste into TTS tool, generate audio, upload to Drive, attach to card, update status. Repeated hundreds of times a week. We replaced every one of those steps with a single n8n workflow that handles everything automatically from trigger to completion.

The team needed a pipeline that watched their Trello board, pulled content from attached Google Docs, generated the correct voice using ElevenLabs based on card labels, uploaded the audio to Drive, attached it back to the original card, and moved the card to completed — all without anyone touching it. Speed, accuracy, and scale were the three things that mattered.

100+ cards processed weekly, fully automated — processing time dropped from 15 minutes per card to under 2 minutes.
The workflow went live handling over 100 cards weekly without human intervention. Processing time per card dropped 90%. File organisation errors hit zero. The team scaled content production five times without hiring anyone new. Creative staff stopped doing file management and got back to actual creative work — which was the whole point.
