By using rajpathak.co.in, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before engaging with any service, submitting a project, or making a payment.
These terms govern your use of rajpathak.co.in and any services engaged through it. By accessing this site, submitting a lead form, using the client portal (/Studio), or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Who We Are
This site is operated by Raj Pathak, a technologist and AI engineer. All services including AI agent development, automation, full-stack development, and security solutions are delivered as independent engagements.
2. Services
Services are scoped and agreed upon individually for each client. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer. A project begins only when both parties have confirmed scope, timeline, and payment terms in writing — either via the /Studio portal or direct communication.
3. Payments
Payments are processed via PayPal Business. All fees are agreed before work begins. Unless otherwise stated, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Final payments are due before project handover. Late payments may result in work being paused.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all custom work developed for you becomes your property. Any third-party tools, libraries, or frameworks used remain subject to their own respective licences. Pre-existing code, frameworks, or components developed independently by Raj Pathak are not included in the transfer unless explicitly agreed.
5. Confidentiality
Any business information, credentials, or data you share during a project will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party. This applies both during and after the engagement.
6. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely feedback, and any assets or access required to complete the work. Delays caused by missing information or delayed approvals may affect the agreed timeline.
7. Revisions & Scope Changes
Revisions within the agreed scope are included. Any request that falls outside the original scope will be treated as a new task and quoted separately. Scope changes must be agreed in writing before additional work begins.
8. Limitation of Liability
Raj Pathak is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or third-party service failures. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement in question.
9. No Guarantee of Results
Results described in portfolio case studies reflect specific client outcomes and are not a guarantee of identical results for your project. Performance depends on factors including your market, implementation, and third-party platforms outside our control.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Work completed up to the point of termination will be invoiced accordingly. Deposits already paid are non-refundable.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent update.
13. Contact
For any questions regarding these terms, reach out via the contact form on this site or directly through the /Studio portal if you are an existing client.
