The client's e-commerce site was locked inside Lovable's ecosystem with a subscription renewal coming up fast. We pulled the entire stack out — React/Vite codebase, 12-table Supabase database, paused schema and all — redeployed it on independent infrastructure, and delivered a custom CMS dashboard with every feature the client had before plus eight they never had access to.

Replicate 100% of Lovable's admin functionality on infrastructure the client owns outright — before the subscription lapses.
The clock was running. Subscription ending, database paused, client unable to manage products or content. The goal was clean migration first — restore the live site with no downtime — then rebuild the dashboard feature-for-feature so the client never had to think about Lovable again. Fixed budget, fixed scope, no excuses.

Migrated the full stack in two days with zero downtime. Rebuilt the CMS dashboard across three phases — category nesting, drag-and-drop ordering, hero sliders, YouTube embeds, overlay controls, mobile-optimised navigation. Client now controls products, content, SEO and site settings through a custom dashboard they own outright, on infrastructure that costs them nothing monthly.
